Delivery Policy

  • Please allow 2-4 business days* for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. During sale periods, allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Free express shipping Australia wide on all orders over $80.
  • For all Australian orders placed under $80, we offer a flat rate shipping of $10.00.
  • Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
  • Signature is required on delivery.
  • Authorisation to leave can be requested during checkout, however, Australia Post reserves the right to not leave the parcel.
  • Titi&Co. is not responsible for organising re-delivery if your parcel is taken to the post office for collection.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to hospitals.

  • Available items will be dispatched in a timely manner, however, if any items are on backorder they will be sent once available, at no extra charge.

  • If an item is unavailable we will refund you for the item/s back to your original method of payment.
